AlphaTools has no accounts and does not ask you to enter personal details such as your name, email address or phone number.
Information stored in your browser
The Pomodoro timer stores the number of sessions you completed today in your browser's local storage. This is never sent to a server, and you can delete it at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
Your files are never uploaded
Your files are not uploaded. They are processed inside the browser on this device.
Access logs
To keep the site reliable and protect it from attacks, Cloudflare, which delivers this site, may process access records such as IP address, browser type and time of visit.
This site's own server also keeps access records (IP address, browser type, the page and time of the visit, and the referring address) for security and visit statistics. Raw records containing IP addresses are deleted after 14 days, and the statistics use an anonymous value that changes every day instead of the IP address, so individuals cannot be identified. When you use a tool, anonymous usage records are also kept, such as which format was converted to which, whether it succeeded and how long it took. File names, file contents and what you type into the tools are never sent.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Information such as the pages you visit, your approximate region, your device and browser type, and how you arrived is sent to Google through cookies. The files you convert and what you enter into the tools are not sent. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are not used until you consent.
You can decline by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Ads and cookies
This site may show ads from Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site and other sites.
